A Strainght forward and Efficient Approch of Manufacturing
The first step is to collect brass scrap or brass ingots. It is collected from various sources, such as scrap dealers, scrap importers, recycling yards, or other metal processing plants.
2. Melting The brass scrap or ingots are melted in a furnace between 800°C and 900°C to produce a molten brass mixture. The melting temperature and composition of the brass mixture are carefully controlled to ensure that the desired quality and properties of the brass components are achieved.
The molten brass mixture is then poured into the desired shape using a casting process, such as sand casting or die casting. The casting process is carefully controlled to ensure that the components have the desired dimensions and properties.
Various machining process involves Turning, whichis a process used to produce cylindrical components with a uniform diameter and a smooth surface finish. It involves rotating the workpiece and cutting it with a single-point cutting tool.
Milling is a process used to produce flat or irregularly shaped components with a smooth surface finish. It involves moving the workpiece and cutting it with a multi-point cutting tool.
Drilling is a process used to produce holes in the brass component. It involves rotating a drill bit while pressing it into the workpiece.
After getting the final dimensions, all the components are given a surface finish to improve their appearance and corrosion resistance. This step may involve processes such as electroplating, polishing, or sand blasting.
The brass components are inspected at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure that they meet the required quality standards. This may involve visual inspection, dimensional inspection, or other testing methods.
If necessary, the brass components are manually assembled with other parts to create the final product.
Finally, the brass components are packaged for shipment to the customer. The packaging materials and methods are chosen to ensure that the components are protected during transportation and storage.
The components are delivered to the customer according to the agreed delivery schedule.
